...do you want to know about Tara?

Tara was born and bred in the DC suburbs and has been working in theatre, film, and TV since childhood. She has performed at the Kennedy Center, Center Stage, Journeymen Theater Ensemble, American Century Theatre, Maryland Shakespeare Festival, Baltimore Shakespeare Festival, and Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, as well as many other fine theatres in the area. Tara co-founded and for three years acted as co-Artistic Director for a successful horror theatre and now enjoys helping local playwrights produce their plays.
Tara is also active in film and television. She has been seen in several Hollywood films, including “The Invasion” with Nicole Kidman, “My One and Only” with Renee Zellweger, and John Waters’ “Cecil B. DeMented”. She has also worked on many industrials and independent films, including “Women’s Studies”, a wonderfully campy horror movie in which she plays a homicidal psycho with a feminist agenda. Tara is currently co-producing and co-hosting the relationship advice/comedy web series, “That's What She Said”.

Tara is a proud member of Screen Actors’ Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Actors’ Equity Association, and Society of American Fight Directors.http://www.sag.org/http://www.aftra.com/home.htmhttp://www.aftra.com/home.htmhttp://www.actorsequity.com/http://www.safd.org/http://www.safd.org/shapeimage_2_link_0shapeimage_2_link_1shapeimage_2_link_2shapeimage_2_link_3shapeimage_2_link_4shapeimage_2_link_5
